Easy Return & Refund Policy will apply to All Regular priced products Even If you Don’t Like the Product You Can Easily Return it in 7 Days with Complete Refund

For Selling  Product:- Return or refund policy on sale items will only apply when the product is Received damaged or you receive a different product than what you ordered.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a
certain amount of days. Refund will be processed in 7 Working days
Refund may take 1-2 Days, The refund will be initiated by the original payment
method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted.

At Priya Kangan, we stand by the quality of our products. All sales are final, and
only exchanges are offered on purchases.
Manufacturing Defects:
If you encounter a product with manufacturing defects, kindly inform us promptly.
Email priyakanganonline@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, specifying the issue.
We will replace the faulty item with a similar product.
Return Process for Manufacturing Defects & Exchange:
• Notification: Notify us via email at priyakanganonline@gmail.com within 24 hours of
receiving the goods, explaining the manufacturing defect.
• Verification: Our customer support team will review your case and guide you
through the verification process.
• Replacement: Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange
for the replacement of the item with a new one of the same product.
Logistics Cost:
The logistics cost and arrangement for returning the defective item or exchange to
our facility will be the customer’s responsibility. In appreciation of your
cooperation, we will reimburse the logistics cost. The reimbursement will be
processed via your preferred payment gateway within 10 days of receiving the
defective item.
